  2. Hi Holly, I really enjoyed looking at your slide show. The colours and fonts you have used really make it stand out. It shows your personality and reminds me of the kind and caring person you are. I am wondering what sort of comments you mean when you say nice things about someone's blog? Perhaps you would need to write at least two or three sentences like I have done about specific things you like? Keep on working hard.

  4. Kia Ora Holly,

My name is Hazel, and I will be one of the people blogging with you this summer for the Summer Learning Journey.

I really enjoyed your presentation about writing quality blog comments. It is so important that the comments we leave on other people's blogs are positive, thoughtful and helpful. My job for the summer is to follow the students who have signed up for the Summer Learning Journey, and comment on their blogs, so I will be putting a lot of thought into my comments.

I know it can sometimes be tricky to get started. I have included a link to the week one activities, but remember, you can do them in any order! Check out the activities on our website, and then post your responses to the activities here on your blog site.

I am so excited to read all of your posts!

    Cheers,

    Hazel :)

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
